The Swimmer of the Month for July 2014 is Kara Davies;

All the coaches have noticed that Kara has really started to focus on her training and it is now resulting in significant improvement in her technique. She listens to the instructions of the coaches and does her best to carry out the drills to achieve her maximum potential.

 Now that Kara is attending galas her new enthusiasm for training is reflected in her competitive performances and her positive attitude shows in her application. We look forward to seeing Kara gain the maximum from her training attitude and compete at the highest level she can achieve.

Keep up the good work and I would expect to see you in the Sharks sessions very soon!"
