Swimmer of the Month for January 2015 is William Easteal.
William has come back from the extended Christmas break obviously intent on getting back to full fitness as soon as possible. Despite the changeable conditions he swims full out all of the time, even when it affects him physically, and is determined to make the most of his pool time.
He represented the club at the Essex County Championships to the best of his ability and I was also lucky enough to see him, along with other members of our club swim, at the Independent Schools National Championships held at the Olympic pool in Stratford where he also picked up a top 3 medal. Keep up this level of performance and you will have a good year William, well done!
