The Swimmer of the month for January 2014 is Lucy Saunders;

Lucy's performance at the Sudbury Last Chance Gala following the Christmas break saw her move to the next level with the opportunity to represent the Club at the Essex County Championships.

Her dedication and commitment to training has seen her join the Sharks squad on Wednesdays where we hope we canassist her topush her performancesas far as she can.

Well done Lucy maintain the high standards you have set yourself.
